They know that they can always get on the computer and borrow money, so they're less inclined to manage the money they have correctly. What they have remember though, is that the fees on multiple loans can really add up over time.

Then there is one major plus side that definitely can't be denied. That is that for someone with bad credit who's looking to improve their rating, having access to quick money like this can put an end to report wrecking late and missed payments. Now of course any type of loan does come with a cost but you're try to improve your score you have to factor the cost against what you have to pay over the long run with a challenged credit report.
