If the team's morale is too low, you better rest it up and go out to fight in another time, when your morale bar is full.
When you need to win the game, you would either have to conquer all the lands on the map, or keep your morale to the max and keeping the enemies' morale dropping down. If your enemies have low morale, they would likely surrender which then gives you the winning side. In general, you can win the game by conquering and letting your enemies surrender which would give something in common—your victory. So that's how the game system goes.
