Often times, people regret buying the house they have chosen because they failed to look closely into the homes for sale that were being sold to them. Some sellers trick their targets by covering up the damages of the house, which is why you have to be careful when you're about to buy the house. Here are a few things you should check to make sure everything is fine:
Kitchen
In this area, you have to check everything from the cupboards to the countertops. Make sure that there are no leaks on the ceilings or on the cabinets. Leaks actually attract pests like termites. Check the wooden cabinets too because they might already be damaged through time.
Bathroom
When you check the bathroom, look at the cabinets too and you have to check the toilet if it flushes properly. Open all faucets to make sure that clear water runs through them. Also check the floors if there are broken tiles and if they have been cleaned to get rid of the germs.
Walls
