If you ask 10 different affiliate marketers what is the most important part of affiliate marketing you might get 10 different answers. I would submit to you that the most important part is getting paid.

I understand that you cannot get paid if you don't do some of the other steps correctly. Certainly choosing good products and programs is important. Learning how to drive traffic to your affiliate website is important.

Implementing Internet marketing techniques such as email marketing is very important. Building your own website, blogging, video marketing, and so on, are important as well.

When I first started online back in 2002 I was amazed that I could get paid as easily as I could as an affiliate marketer. Today it is even easier for many of us.

Some of the top affiliate programs pay with PayPal. This is the largest online payment processor in the world and a very easy way to get your money.

If you do not have a PayPal account you may as well go ahead and start the process of getting one. It's very easy to set up and you will use it for many different things to make money online.

I like ClickBank because they pay me every week with direct deposit. Of course you need a checking account to have the money deposited into, but you don't have to wait for a check to come in the mail.

Affiliate merchants do an excellent job of getting their affiliates paid. In my view this is the most important part of affiliate marketing and why I continue to do it everyday!
