There is actually a website devoted to Ideaitis. This got me thinking about how many people suffer from all over ideaitis. I believe that some people are so good at coming up with new ideas that they never actually make money online for various reasons.

1. Fear of failure. This stops people from actually getting started trying to make money online. They have plenty of great ideas, but they never ever take action because they're afraid that they won't succeed.

2. Fear of success. This is a little harder to identify. Some people are actually afraid that if they succeed it will not satisfy them in some way. Perhaps they're afraid that if they succeed they won't be able to repeat their success.

3. Short attention span. People get bored very easily and can start a new money making website, but never follow through with it. You're not going to making money this way.

4. Too lazy. To make money online you actually have to sit down and do work. I have no doubt that when you really get right down it to many people are not ambitious enough to put in the time and effort it takes to make money.

5. Lack of commitment. Unless you have a very clear goal of why you're trying to make money it is very hard to stay committed to it.

6. Waiting for the perfect opportunity. You never get in the game because you want everything to be perfect before getting started.

7. Dreamers. It's much easier to sit around and dream all day about how great it will be when you're successful. Dreams without action are never achieved.

8. Lack of focus. This is a tough one for even me at times. If you're constantly coming up with new ideas you will find yourself jumping from one opportunity to the next.

This is certainly easy to do thanks to the Internet. You can subscribe to people's online newsletters or their RSS feeds for their blogs.

When you do this are going to constantly be bombarded with the newest and greatest thing you must purchase to be successful. Many people think they are just one great idea away from actually achieving the success they deserve.

There was a book written years ago called "Acres of diamonds". The premise of the book was that after traveling the world looking for riches a man found them in his own backyard.

Chances are you have everything you need right now to make money online. You just need to stop over ideaitis and get to work.
